  • This represents one of the longest follow-up periods reported for total tibia replacement.

  • Custom EPRs are a viable option for extensive tibia defects, offering long-term functional restoration.
  • Successful outcomes depend on multidisciplinary collaboration between surgical teams and industry partners.
  • This case provides valuable long-term data for limb salvage surgery in challenging oncological cases.
