- Posterosuperior pancreatic head lymph nodes (PSPLNs), along with nodes in the hepatoduodenal ligament and hepatic artery, should be classified as regional lymph nodes for gallbladder cancer.
- Resection of these identified regional lymph nodes is recommended for gallbladder cancer patients undergoing surgery.
