[Osteohypoplastic angiomatosis. Servelle's syndrome]

One case of osteohypoplastic angiomatosis on the right leg, emphasizing the clinical-radiological characteristics and the nosological difficulties of this syndrome. We point out surgery and continous compression as elective treatments, since all other methods proved ineffective.
