Solid cell nests (SCNs), remnants of the ultimobranchial body, are typically found in the thyroid. This report details the first documented instance of SCNs discovered within a parathyroid gland, suggesting potential developmental anomalies.

Background:
- The ultimobranchial body (UBB) originates from the fourth branchial pouch and forms calcitonin-secreting C cells within the thyroid.
