PNET typically affects the skeletal system, with extraskeletal involvement being uncommon.

Primary genitourinary PNET is exceptionally rare, posing diagnostic challenges due to varied clinical presentations.
This report details two distinct cases of genitourinary PNET, illustrating the spectrum of its unusual manifestations.

Findings:

The study underscores the necessity of a high index of suspicion for diagnosing genitourinary PNET.
Varied presentations of PNET in the genitourinary system can mimic other pathologies, complicating diagnosis.

Implications:

Increased awareness of genitourinary PNET is crucial for timely diagnosis and management.
Further research into the pathogenesis and optimal treatment strategies for extraskeletal PNET is warranted.
