Summary

This study introduces a new Hierarchical Variational Bayesian-based Distributed Compressed Sensing (HVB-DCS) algorithm for dual-channel Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) systems. The HVB-DCS algorithm effectively detects moving targets and suppresses clutter at lower data rates.
