Abstract:
A spindle-cell tumour of the breast developed in a woman after mastectomy for carcinoma and subsequent radio therapy. The final diagnosis of spindle-cell squamous carcinoma was corroborated using electron microscopy and immunohistochemical staining for keratin and vimentin.
