TGF-β-responsive CAR-T cells promote anti-tumor immune function

Engineered T cells with transforming growth factor beta (TGF-β) chimeric antigen receptors (CARs) enhance anti-tumor immunity. These TGF-β CAR-T cells do not cause unwanted regulatory T cell expansion or suppression, supporting their use in cancer therapy.
