Summary

The Cingulate Island Sign (CIS) using brain perfusion SPECT can help differentiate Dementia with Lewy Bodies (DLB) from Alzheimer's disease (AD). This method shows preserved posterior cingulate metabolism in DLB patients, aiding clinical diagnosis.
