Diffusion kurtosis imaging (DKI) and diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) parameters reveal white matter abnormalities in relapsing remitting multiple sclerosis (RRMS). Radial diffusivity (Dr) and DKI-derived radial kurtosis (Kr) show promise as markers for pathological changes in RRMS.
