Cue reactivity and opioid blockade in amphetamine dependence: A randomized, controlled fMRI study

Naltrexone did not reduce cue reactivity or craving in individuals with amphetamine dependence. Brain activity and self-reported craving remained unchanged after naltrexone administration compared to placebo.
