To identify key priorities for faculty development in surgical education.
To determine the most effective learning modalities for faculty development.
To understand barriers to implementing faculty development initiatives.

Modified Delphi methodology utilized to survey surgical educators.
Expert panel refined survey questions and analyzed responses.
A total of 110 participants responded to initial surveys, with 35 ranking final questions.
