  • To compare HHD measurements against a gold-standard isokinetic dynamometer.

  • Concurrent validity was assessed using Pearson correlation between HHD and isokinetic measurements.
  • Agreement was evaluated using Bland-Altman plots for seated and supine HHD positions.
  • Study included individuals with anterior glenohumeral instability, healthy swimmers, and healthy sedentary subjects.
