Etiological Profile of Galactorrhoea

Prokinetic medications are the leading cause of galactorrhea and hyperprolactinemia in women. Increased awareness and reduced non-specific prokinetic use are needed to avoid unnecessary tests and treatments for drug-induced galactorrhea.
