Osteoblastoma-like osteosarcoma: high-grade or low-grade osteosarcoma?

Background:

• Osteoblastoma-like osteosarcoma (OB-OS) is a rare osteosarcoma variant (1% of osteosarcomas).

• Distinguishing low-grade from high-grade OB-OS is challenging due to lack of strict morphological criteria.
