Frontal Sinus Obliteration Utilizing Autogenous Abdominal Fat Graft

Autogenous abdominal fat graft is a successful material for frontal sinus obliteration in anterior table fractures. This technique showed good clinical and radiographic outcomes, with minimal complications in most patients.
