[IMSI versus ICSI for male factor infertility: A meta-analysis]

Intracytoplasmic morphologically selected sperm injection (IMSI) shows a potential increase in clinical pregnancy rates compared to standard intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) in IVF. However, current low-quality evidence does not support the routine use of IMSI for male factor infertility.
