Levamisole-induced vasculopathy predominantly affects women, often presenting with skin lesions and positive anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies (ANCAs) or anti-phospholipid (APL) antibodies. Discontinuation of levamisole generally leads to a favorable outcome.
