Finding stable reference genes is crucial for accurate gene expression studies in developing mouse gonads. Peptidylprolyl isomerase A (Ppia) and polymerase (RNA) II (DNA directed) polypeptide A (Polr2a) demonstrated the most consistent expression across different periods and genders.
