  • To investigate the relationship between miR-214 and TNF receptor-associated factor 3 (TRAF3) in osteosarcoma.
  • To evaluate miR-214's role in osteosarcoma occurrence and metastasis.

  • Quantitative reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) for miR-214 and TRAF3 expression.
