Inflammatory myopathies after allogeneic stem cell transplantation.

Inflammatory myopathy (IM) can occur after allogeneic stem cell transplantation (allo-SCT). This study found an increased incidence of IM, with varied causes including chronic GVHD, necrotizing myopathy, and anti-MDA5 dermatomyositis.
