Comparing two light-induced electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectroscopy techniques for nanometric distance measurements, this study found chirp-enhanced LiDEER improves performance. Chirp LiDEER and LaserIMD show technique-dependent signal-to-noise ratios based on dipolar evolution time.
