MicroPulse Transscleral Cyclophotocoagulation (MP-TSCPC) effectively lowers intraocular pressure (IOP) in glaucoma patients. Responsive patients showed increased choroidal thickness, indicating enhanced uveoscleral outflow post-treatment.
