  • Evaluation involved scoring clinical symptoms (redness, thickness, scaling) and histological analysis (epidermal thickness, ICAM-1 expression).

  • Histological analysis revealed decreased epidermal thickness and lower ICAM-1 expression in the ACE cream group.
