Physical activity equivalent labeling vs. calorie labeling: a systematic review and meta-analysis

Physical activity calorie equivalent labeling, which shows exercise time to burn calories, did not significantly reduce calorie intake compared to standard calorie labels. This strategy may not be effective for obesity control.
