Differentiating poor validity from probable impairment on the medical symptom validity test: a cross-validation study

Dunham and Denney's algorithm using the Medical Symptom Validity Test (MSVT) did not reliably distinguish poor effort from genuine cognitive impairment in neuropsychological evaluations.
