A comparative analysis of library prep approaches for sequencing low input translatome samples

This study evaluates five library preparation kits for RiboTag sequencing using low RNA input. The TruSeq and SMART-Seq v4 kits provide the highest quality libraries for gene expression analysis from RiboTag-IP samples.
