"I'm coughing up blood"

An 18-year-old female presents with acute hemoptysis and rapidly deteriorates into fulminant pulmonary and renal failure. She is ultimately diagnosed with microscopic polyangiitis with pauci- immune glomerulonephritis. This case report will delineate her presentation, work-up, broad differential diagnosis, and outcome.
