Dynamic response and material sensitivity analysis of pelvic complex numerical model under side impact.

This study developed a finite element model to analyze pelvic response to side impacts. The model suggests compression (C), viscous criterion (VC), bone strain, and artery pressure are better indicators of pelvic injury than impact force.
