  • Global health education in tertiary institutions is increasing.

  • The Consortium of Universities for Global Health (CUGH) developed interprofessional competencies.

Purpose of the Study:

  • To develop and validate the Global Health Competency Self-Confidence Scale.
  • To provide a standardized tool for assessing global health competencies.
  • To evaluate student confidence before and after global learning experiences.

Main Methods:

  • Validated the scale with 126 graduate students.
  • Utilized factor analysis for content validity and reliability.
  • Compared the scale to the Global Health Competency Survey.
