Abstract:
Amplification of plasmid pGG10 inserted into the Bacillus subtilis chromosome is described. The possibility of the 3.2 kb fragment of eucaryotic (wheat) DNA to be amplified within the bacterial genome is shown. The models explaining this phenomenon are discussed.
