  • Only 53.2% of patients saw a neurologist as recommended.

  • GP-organized post-stroke care, including cardiovascular prevention and other consequences, is not aligned with recommendations.
  • Current follow-up fails to utilize multidisciplinary resources to meet patients' comprehensive needs.
