Despite improvements in overall healthcare quality, significant racial and ethnic disparities in health outcomes persist in the U.S.
The Learning Health System (LHS) model offers a promising approach to enhance healthcare quality through data analytics and continuous improvement.

To present a practical framework for integrating health equity into the development of a Learning Health System (LHS).
To provide actionable strategies for ensuring that LHS initiatives actively reduce, rather than perpetuate, health disparities.
To demonstrate the application of the proposed framework using real-world case studies.
