Summary

This study introduces a new framework for high-quality post mortem diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) using 3D-DW seg-EPI, Gadolinium soaking, and denoising. The method enables detailed brain connectivity analysis with results comparable to traditional techniques but with significantly reduced acquisition time.
