Alpha-actinin-containing aggregates in transformed cells are highly dynamic structures

Alpha-actinin aggregates form dynamically in Rous sarcoma virus-transformed cells. These dynamic aggregates, unlike those in normal cells, show rapid molecular exchange, potentially linked to cancer cell behavior changes.
