Periosteal Graft Myringoplasty: Our Experience

Periosteal grafts offer excellent results for myringoplasty, demonstrating high anatomical success rates and significant hearing improvement. This study highlights periosteal tissue as a viable and effective autologous graft material for tympanic membrane repair.
