Abstract:
Presentation of an atypical sonomorphology in a case of pleomorphic adenoma of the parotid gland. The tumour was resected and worked up for histological examination. The results emphasise the difficulty of differentiating the subtypes of parotid neoplasms by ultrasonography alone.
