Carbamazepine-induced systemic lupus erythematosus: A case-based review

Carbamazepine-induced drug-induced lupus erythematosus (CBZ-DILE) presents unique clinical and serological features, distinct from other drug-induced lupus erythematosus (DILE) and idiopathic systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Discontinuation of carbamazepine (CBZ) led to symptom resolution in a presented case.
