Iron (II) Citrate Complex as a Food Supplement: Synthesis, Characterization and Complex Stability

A new, simple method synthesizes iron (II) citrate, a highly bioavailable iron supplement. This alternative addresses issues with current iron supplements, offering improved iron absorption for deficiency treatment.
