Cancer cells reprogram fatty acid metabolism to adapt and grow, especially in obesity- and nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH)-driven liver cancer. Understanding this lipid reprogramming is key to targeting hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) progression.
