Predictive value of intraoperative bulbocavernosus reflex during untethering surgery for post-operative voiding

Intraoperative bulbocavernosus reflex (BCR) during untethering surgery can predict post-operative bladder function. Preserved BCR indicates no worsening of voiding function, especially in non-LMMC cases.
