Posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is linked to altered brain connectivity. Individuals with PTSD exhibit increased negative resting-state functional connectivity (rsFC) between the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC) and precuneus, associated with symptom severity and precuneus thickness.
