Chronic non-bacterial osteomyelitis (CNO), a rare auto-inflammatory bone disease also known as chronic recurrent multifocal osteomyelitis (CRMO), presents diagnostic and treatment challenges. Current knowledge is reviewed to refine diagnostic criteria and explore new therapeutic options.
