Oesophageal perforation as a complication of ingested partial denture

Accidental ingestion of a partial denture caused severe esophageal perforation and breathing difficulty. Emergency thoracoscopic removal and repair led to a full recovery, highlighting the need for prompt intervention.

- Esophageal perforation and subsequent pneumomediastinum/pneumothorax were confirmed.
- Emergency thoracoscopic foreign body removal and esophageal tear repair were successfully performed.
