Quantitative harmonisation of zirconium-89 (89Zr) PET/CT imaging is feasible across multiple scanners. Proper calibration and reconstruction ensure consistent results, facilitating multicenter studies.

- Quantitative harmonization of 89Zr PET/CT is achievable with proper cross-calibration and harmonized reconstruction.
- An accreditation program for PET/CT scanners would support multicenter 89Zr quantitative studies.
