Electroacupuncture for tapering off long-term benzodiazepine use: A randomized controlled trial

Electroacupuncture did not improve benzodiazepine cessation rates compared to placebo acupuncture in long-term users. Both treatments showed similar reductions in benzodiazepine use and withdrawal symptoms.
