Abstract:
Glioblastomas: what's new? The treatment of glioblastomas relies on surgical resection, followed by concomitant treatment with focal radiotherapy and chemotherapy. New approaches, such as anti-angiogenic agents, electromagnetic fields or immunotherapy, might modify in the near future the poor prognosis associated with this deadly disease. This review highlights the recent progress made in that field.
