Abstract:
An F-FDG PET/CT was performed on a 47-year-old man diagnosed as multiple myeloma with diffuse bone marrow infiltration on pathology. PET/CT findings presented as a pattern of skeletal "superscan," including diffuse and prominent hypermetabolism throughout the axial and proximal appendicular skeleton, which all alleviated after 5 cycles of chemotherapy.
