Sleep is an essential physiological process vital to maintaining overall well-being. The reticular activating system (RAS), a network of neurons in the brainstem, regulates wakefulness and sleep. Summary

Bacteriophage therapy, a treatment predating antibiotics, shows promise against drug-resistant bacteria with no reported serious adverse events. Accelerating regulatory approval is crucial for its wider adoption.
