Brainstem gliomas in pregnancy: a systematic review†

Brainstem gliomas in pregnancy present diagnostic challenges but prompt MRI and treatment, including surgery and radiation, are crucial. While maternal mortality is high, neonatal outcomes are generally favorable, with preterm birth being the main risk.
